Farran Realty Partners has awarded Grand Campus Living the property management contract for 46 North Apartments, the first purpose-built student housing community in Missoula. The 468-bed community offers dedicated study lounges, music practice rooms, social lounge, full-time on-site property management, bike storage/maintenance and ski tuning rooms, interior courtyards for community gardens, and over 6,500 sf of street level retail. In under five minutes, students will either be on campus at the University of Montana or in the heart of downtown Missoula. The new community is just steps from the Clark Fork River and Kiwanis Park.
